I) Stage 1 starts off with our Project Managers and Event Specialists acquiring a clear understanding of the vision, expectations, budgets and goals. A collaborative approach with brainstorming ensues, to expand and develop the concept, leading into the design of the event and its strategic objectives.
II) Stage 2 develops and builds on the strategic objectives by leveraging on the marketing and sponsorship factors that are employed to increase attendance and promote the event to the targeted community at large.
III) 3rd Stage is the start of the Integration Phase starts with the design of the operational management aspect of the event and covers the team deliverable’s, time-lines and dynamics of how the event will run.
IV) 4th stage integrates and develops details about the logistical and venue management requirements to ensure seamless event operations and floor plans.
V) Stage 5 is part of the Completion Phase covers an overarching management outlook to ensure that all the elements from the previous steps are consolidated and working in tandem to match the business vision and strategic objectives laid out in the previous stages. This also covers the event flow, speakers and keynote details, exhibition layouts, logistical integration, Branding and Marketing outreach programs, Event Attendance and all other elements that come together to provide a seamless event and conference experience.
VI) 6th stage leads us to the execution of the event and general on-site management to ensure that all aspects are working together to provide a flawless event.
